On completion of the SUCCESS TRAIN Coaching for Success training program, each participant will be able to:

Assess their own coaching style
Recall simple models of behaviour to coach their sales executives
Utilise effective coaching questioning techniques
Understand the impact of their own behaviour on the results of their teams.

The SUCCESS TRAIN Coaching for Success training program identifies the coach's own style and behaviour, determines the areas that require focus and sets a plan on how to become more effective coaches.

The SUCCESS TRAIN Coaching for Success runs over one and a half days incorporating role plays, self assessments and team activities.
